We ship only in Canada.
Our shipping is free.

Your credit or debit card statement will show charge from Nerocora or this site name in receipt as this site is owned and operated by Nerocora company.

Shipping times are usually 5 to 14 days. We try to deliver as fast as possible. The average is 7 days.

Some products might be shipped directly from manufacturer and imported  so there might be customs fees or import taxes. We refund any and all duty fees.

There are rarely ever duty fees. We refund any duty fees if any.  If the package is refused or returned to us, all customs charges or fees will be charged to you.

It is very important when entering your shipping address that you choose a location that someone will be able to receive your package. If no one is available then a pickup notice will be left telling you where you can pick up at your local postal outlet. It is your responsibility to pick up your package if this occurs - any items returned to us for non-delivery will not be refunded.

Return Policy

If damage occurs during shipping it is important for you to let us know as soon as possible. Depending on the damage we may need you to keep or photograph the packaging for us to submit to the insurance company.

Returns must be authorized.
If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

The customer can make the necessary arrangements to have the products shipped back to our warehouse. Once the items are returned to our warehouse and are in good working order, in their original packaging, we can issue a credit for the item.

All return claims must be initiated within 5 business days of receipt of the order.

Returns for any reason other than damaged or defective will have a 20% restocking fee and return shipping fees will not be refunded..
You may return any unopened Brand New product within 30 days of your product`s shipping date. Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable. Please note that All returns must have an RMA#.
